Once a tenant moves out you will receive a one-price bid to make the property ready for a new tenant. We guarantee no additional costs for visible issues (excluding electrical and plumbing hidden in walls.) and necessary repairs. We also guarantee no work order costs for the first month of occupancy.

Receive and store all your monthly reports online. Now you have the ability to review and retrieve historical information at the push of a button. You can also provide funds, view and share documents, and provide any updates to your account as necessary.

1st Business Day Reporting (Monthly)

Sometimes waiting for details on how your property is doing can be a headache. We will make sure you have all the information you need at the beginning of each month to make sure your property / investment is where it should be.

Automatic Funds Disbursement

We make getting paid a snap! In addition to 1st business day reports, we pay out those available funds on the 2nd business day of each month. This means you will always get them around the same time each month! We even offer ACH to directly deposit funds into your bank account!
