Check Gutters and Downspouts
Leaves and other debris can build up quickly in gutters during the fall. Check that gutters and downspouts are clear and that water can properly drain away from the property.
Take a Look at the Roof and Exterior
While you are outside, take a look at the roof, siding, steps, railings, and other exterior areas. Keep an eye out for visible damage, loose materials, or anything else that may need a little attention.
Check Windows and Doors
Take a look around windows and exterior doors for damaged seals, noticeable drafts, or other areas that may need to be addressed as temperatures begin to cool down.
Check In on the Heating System
