The staff here is nice and very helpful, they’re quick to reply to maintenance requests. It’s my guest that the people claiming that the staff is rude are probably bad tenants. I moved in a couple months ago and had a few neighbors tell me how great the landlords were and then those same neighbors suddenly thought the landlords were rude and racist because they got eviction notices for not paying their rent. Seems like the landlords are rude for doing their job?

This company has been amazing through our whole process. They have upfront with us and answered all of our questions promptly. They were also patient while we looked at multiple properties until we found the right one!

Everyone was very helpful in helping my husband and I find our first apartment! Scheduling the viewing, and setting up the signing was fast and easy. Danielle explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to help us move in as soon as possible.

I have lived with Buckeye NW Realty for about a year and a half. First I was at my first apartment now my first house. They have been wonderful on getting things done and whether it's the maintenance staff or a contractor they are great to deal with. Highly recommend them !

I know there’s questionable reviews of this company, but if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They are absolutely amazing not only polite all around from their office workers to their maintence employees. But all maintenance request that go in get handled in a timely manner for example, the house that we rent they promptly Got us approved and got a whole brand new roof put on our house. Additionally, in the middle of fixing other issues with that were able to get a plumber out for us within 24 hours to fix our drains not even within 24 hours, it was about 12 hours later. We had a plumber here. So they are an amazing company to rent from Despite other questionable reviews, you have to think about how you present yourself to people When you give respect, they give it back. That’s just life and I am very grateful to have the opportunity to rent from this company.

The staff are great. They worked with us to get us in a place quickly during the holidays. They all are friendly and courteous. I feel like they really care about their tenants. The properties are very well maintained. I highly recommend Buckeye Northwest Realty. The whole experience was great!

I can see allot of people have allot of mixed feelings. I wanna share my experience, My central air unit was making a high pitch hum and wasn't cooling my apartment very much anymore. I hired some people to look at it, and they had thought it was worse then it was. I put in a work order, not even 12hours later they had sent out a company named Preimere heating/cooling, Nathan, was amazing, very respectful, and very knowledgeable. He had serviced my unit an had it back up and running in less then 2 hours. I can't recommend both company's enough very professional.

Honestly, my experience since I moved into my house has been nothing but great. From the beginning everyone was super nice and helpful, everything has been totally straightforward, and I've had to request maintenance twice since being here and both times one of the girls called me the very next morning to set up with plumbers, or whoever. They have always been quick and helpful. I have not a single complaint! Also, really read through some of these negative reviews before you draw any conclusion, you'll see a bigger picture starts to emerge regarding the kinda people leaving them. Some of them don't seem to know what they're talking about, some aren't even actual tenants from what I gather. Just saying use your own decernment here 🤣 I've had an awesome experience.
